Why they shine? This is a very new business but I love the fact that Tantie Lorraine has developed a range of unique and delicious jams and relishes from scratch. What is even more impressive is that all ingredients are sourced from markets local to her home in South London or home grown by friends. A great impact on her Carbon FootPrint.
